Polyphony Digital Cup GRIDS

A good grid (grid #2) shows up early, after that it takes a long time to find another medium-challenge grid.

--It is possible to make random grids (grids which do not follow the patterns below) happen for the PD Cup, by entering the game's starting menu and allowing any of the Demonstration Videos or animations to play. These can be started manually, by pushing O and selecting Yes. Let it play few seconds, then exit. Go into GT Mode. Grids should be random now.

GRID 1 --- DO not use, '07 Nissan GT-R starts pole

A good early average challenge grid, fit for a wide variety of drivers. Most of the ratios were set with this grid.

Okay grid for A or B-spec, assuming a competent ride is entered. Group B starts right up front, and most of the time the Inifini III gets a jump on others. At some tracks, other cars can create some drama.

Do not add power unless the car is not a competent handler.

GRID 6 -- All three Class A cars (Lotus, Nissan, and Ford) start 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.

GRID 7 -- Nissan GT-R starts pole. Boo.

All the grids below start Class A in front of us. Some of these might be okay for B-spec. Those which are have asterisks beside them.

GRID 10 -- No.
GRID 11 -- No
GRID 12 -- No
GRID 13 -- No
GRID 14 -- No * (I think. No Ford GT on grid)
