FR Challenge
Description:
Rear-drive cars only, with an engine up front. B License required.
Hard to say if any competition really stands above the rest. The Mazda RX-7 FD series, Nissan Silvias,
and Toyota Supra all trade places in the FRs. Maybe the Toyota Truenos, Corollas, and
Levins are secondary, but not by far.
Parts:
Tires: Semi-Racing. A Hard/Soft combination actually works best with a lot of tail-happy
rear-drives, especially in this game in which many FRs hardly understeer. Soft-Soft tires can be reserved for those with
closer to neutral handling.
Brakes: Racing
(Normal can be tried for sportiest models) Balancer optional.
Suspension: Sports or Semi-Racing
Stabilizers: Soft or Medium
Gear Type: Normal
for most cars, at all three tracks.
Clutch: Single or Twin
Flywheel: as needed
Driveshaft: as needed
Weight
Reductions possibly needed
